Who killed grasshopper lady in season 1?

Maybe I did the bad move of watching season 1 of Powers about halfway through before my interest waned. Then I went back into the series by skipping to season 2 and loved it then went back to finish off season 1. However something is confusing me. Who was the one who killed Grasshopper lady? The one that caught Krispin and Calista spray painting Kaotic Chic before being tricked and getting her throat slit later in a alley way. They never revealed who did it. They also revealed 5 other powers got killed too. Was it that publicist guy in season 2 who got her and the others killed? If it was him, was it ever revealed who specifically killed her? I know they revealed who specifically killed Retro Girl.
