TOP 1000 voters????

They've given this movie 2.4, wtf???? I mean how can this be that 11 from 19 top 1000 voters have given this a 1, whereas there were only nineteen 1 votes overall.
That means from the over thousand non TOP1000 voters only 8 have given a 1 and from the 19 TOP1000 voters 11 have given this a 1?????

I don't know how someone can give this wonderful film a 1. I think it deserves a rating no lower than 8.0
