Absurd, inaccurate, libelous liberal propaganda

http://www.breitbart.com/big-hollywood/2012/03/09/top-10-lies-game-change/

This article sums it up pretty well, but as usual from liberals and Hollywood, Game Change is another film that ignores facts in order to make republicans seem stupid and dishonest. The only reason why Sarah Palin is perceived as being dumb is because there was a media campaign against her and McCain. Why not make a film about that instead of a film that blatantly lies in order to make liberals look good and conservatives look evil.

reply

Why not make a film about that
Sarah Palin tried that, remember? She tried her absolute best to rewrite history with her as the hero/victim. Here is the result: The Undefeated (2011).
And if you recall, that movie failed miserably. Critics hated it, audiences hated it, it made no money whatsoever. Apparently everyone who saw it (outside of the very small choir it was preaching to) recognized it as blatant pro-Palin propaganda more concerned with making her look good than telling the truth or even putting forth a proper narrative. Hell, even the damn title was a lie.

Nothing goes over my head! My reflexes are too fast; I would catch it.

What an elegant retort!

"Liberals"? When tested, 600 UCSB students made up of 50% liberal and 50% claiming conservatism, nearly all shared liberal values with 96%. Yes, most who cry about liberals, are liberals. I assume that our elderly, our wealthy, and our uneducated that are outside of our learning institutions are the only true conservatives. Palin, a primitive thinking buffoon, was probably more of a liberal than a conservative. The only conservative values she probably has is her pro-life beliefs, and her creation superstitions.

reply

I think you better research Palin a little more. She's an idiot! I'm a conservative too. Just because you think America is the best doesn't mean you have to support every single republican.

Steve Schmidt verified the movie is basically true.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/post-partisan/post/steve-schmidts-brutally-honest-assessment-of-sarah-palin/2011/03/04/gIQA9ewZ7R_blog.html

"For me and the experience I had on this campaign is that there are worse things than losing ... When a result happens that puts someone who’s not prepared to be president on the ticket, that’s a bad result. I think the notion of Sarah Palin being president of the United States is something that frightens me, frankly. And I played a part in that. And I played a part in that because we were fueled by ambition to win."

Andrea Mitchell asked Schmidt whether he thought Palin had a future as a national leader in the GOP. He was unsparing:

"I hope not ... And the reason I say that is because if you look at, over the last four years, all of the deficiencies in knowledge, all the deficiencies in preparedness, she’s done not one thing to rectify them, to correct them. She has become a person who I think is filled with grievance, filled with anger who has a divisive message for the national stage when we need leaders in both parties to have a unifying message. . . . The lack of preparedness was a bad thing and the total disinterest in being more prepared and rectifying that is something that disqualifies."

If that were true, it would have been sued into oblivion and HBO would have gone bankrupt.

Yet none of that happened.

A company like HBO doesn't roll out something like this (so recent, naming everybody's real names, etc) without having an army of lawyers vetting it. Whatever's in the movie is there because they can back it up if ever sued.

Sarah Palin really is this dumb. Her education record speaks for itself. You're also really this dumb if you defend a clown like her.

reply

Well, according to two of the major players in this campaign, you're wrong. Steve Schmidt and Nicholle Wallace call this movie largely true and accurate - and they are both lifelong Conservatives.

So while you may wish this was inaccurate and libelous, those who were directly involved emphatically disagree.

Sorry for the butthurt.
