I know Hurrem (I mean the real actress) was ill (or somebody says she left because of money) but, damn, this show will not be the same anymore..

Hear, hear. It took me a long time to get used to the new Hurrem. I thought it was sad she looked middle-aged, while Mahidevran got to keep her youthful looks. Plus she lost her fire. I know we do, as we age, but all of it? :(

The real actress, (Meryem Uzerli), had a bad relationship with her boyfriend. She was pregnant and he was beating her or something crazy like that. When I followed the show back in 2013, that is what I read in some of the news.

"It's Saturday morning, WHERE ARE THE GOD DAMN KIDS!?!?"

I’ve heard both, she was pregnant, but also wanted more money.
