The subject kind of seems like The Icemen to me, has anybody seen the two movies and can make a conclusion ?

I assume you're joking, but we are both talking about the same movie. Which has ZERO, nada, nothing whatsoever to do with this film.

Yea.. Not even close.. A hit man would be a huge step up from Mengele. He was a mass murderer who did the most unthinkable things to people in terms of experiments. I think he's the worst out of them all if that's possible.
