They mispronounced mishpaha

It's a Hebrew word so in English letters it could be mishpuha or mishpaha. The letter they murdered should be pronounced as a schwa, not an oo sound, as they pronounced it. Couldn't they find anyone to check these things for them? They are in showbiz with no Jewish friends?
