The movie has a 9.4 rating with 8 people voting. Go apeSh#t if it keeps that rating at 200-300 votes. In my humble American opinion, Ray Liotta is not washed up.

I haven't seen a movie with Ray Liotta in it that I didn't like, so perhaps some story lines are better than others, you need to blame the writer and director if you don't like the story, but Purcell and Liotta do their best in a movie that is not as well developed as other more expensive movies.
