Most ANNOYING kid ever!

OK.. I used to think Dakota Fanning was the most annoying kid ever from her performance in War Of The Worlds, but the scientist's son in this movie takes the cake.

He specializes in asking STUPID questions in every single scene he's in... "Dad, are we in New York?" "Are they gonna bomb the glacier?" "Dad, are your headlights on?". He also makes the dumbest expressions known to man. By the middle of the movie, I wanted him to choke on one of those Damm potato chips!!

He did ask a lot of weird questions. I thought he was special/artistic.

LOL I love that someone just stated they view special people and artistic people alike. Bless all those afflicted with being artistic.

I very much agree but let's not forget the writer and the director are mostly to blame. They killed this guy's future as an actor!

if his performance in this movie is any indication, i don't think he ever had one, lol. i could be wrong, though. stranger things have happened.

I think he did very well if the writer meant for him to seem like he had autism....

Terrible movie, and yes, you are right, the scientist's son is by far the most annoying character in the movie (followed closely by his mom).

I do not approve bullying, but with this kid, I would even applaud it!

What do you expect from an 'actor' whose claim to fame is that he has the longest tongue; a 'talent' he has worked hard at. At least Gene Simmons could sing and play an instrument.

The kid was a bad actor with bad lines.
