So Is Everyone So Spoiled by Mega Movies

So is everyone so spoiled by mega movies that they don't give B or C movies a break.

Frankly, I am tired of mega movies with "big, spoiled actors and production directors" making mega movies, and mega money. It's nice to see a movie with actors and production workers making decent money for just being ordinary actors.

Bah, on all those Spielberg directors. Time for the little guy to make some money.

So quit whining every one and calling this movie crap. Remember the march of Wall Street is about all those money makers.

Enjoy the plot holes (note on car, etc.) scenes, etc., etc. and know that you are helping the ordinary film producers and actors make a decent wage.

And, the biggest crappiest movie every made was -- AVATAR -- now that movie was crap.

It's not so much as not giving it a break, personally I've seen some great B and C films, some were a bit sketchy but they managed to pull it together. Some so bad, they were epic. This film in my opinion, was a victim sloppy editing, dismal actors who seemed they only met each other 10 minutes before filming, and just all around laziness from everyone involved. This movie is being panned because it deserves to be panned. I will agree with you about AVATAR; what the heck was that hype all about?

I like a good B-Movie every now and then but just watching the trailer it looks like crap.

this movie is bad w/ or w/o mega movies, lol.

I love watching good B & C movies. The makers of these movies don't spend the months ahead of its release trying to shove it down our throats.

However, B & C movies, even if they don't have the same production values and vfx as the mega movies can be appreciated and encouraged if the script is good and the movie's watchable. Otherwise they should be treated just as bad movies.

They should be deserving of the hard earned money we spend watching them. Just because a section of the audience is sympathetic towards B & C movies does not mean that they can dish out the worst movies and we'll pay for them.

This is worse than any tv movie.

As others have noted a good B or C movie can be excused if one of the elements are bad but when every thing I mean everything is this movie bad there is nothing for it.

There are a couple of moments where the acting is not terrible but they are few.

The effects are beyond a joke and the science behind the plot is so ludicrous it makes The Day After Tomorrow look like a Carl Sagan inspired classic.

Personally I give B & C movies just as fair of a shot. But this particular film was HORRENDOUS. Obviously they couldn't have the big budgets so therefore really bad effects, poor cinematography, etc. However I could have overlooked all of that for the most part if they had the 2 most important elements to me: good or at least decent acting and also good writing - especially in regards to characters. I don't care if a movie cost 10 bucks to make or 100 million - if it has really bad acting and bad writing for the characters like this one had, then it fails. Honestly this has the poorest acting of nearly any film I have ever seen in my life.
