Alright guys, let's start listing easter eggs and where to find them. These can be anything from obscure references to homages.

Ted Bundy is the guy on his knees in the pool of blood near the beginning of the game.

Jason Voorhees can be found in the jungle
Hector Lector (Guessing Hannibal Lector) can be found in a bungalow (The one where you find Anna's Teddy).

Just what I could think off at the moment..

When it comes to girls, it's the opposite of beer, I pick quality over quantity

The couple from the trailer at the very beginning, the zombie girl who is tied to the bed's name is jenna jameson, the message about the crashing plane is a reference to Lost

The Dr's name is West. Dr West was the Dr in Reanimator.

References to Iron Maiden and AC/DC can be found in the names of certain missions.

At the lab there is a mission called "Powerslaves" (Iron Maiden's Powerslave song and album title).

Toward the end of the game there is a boat mission called "Back in Black" (AC/DC song).

I also think that the whole Jungle setting and the musical score for the Jungle setting is a tribute to Lucio Fulci and his "Zombie Flesh Eaters" movie.

Not much of one but most of the cars number plates say D3AD I57AND or something similar

Yeah I noticed that as well. The first time I saw it funnily enough was when you get waved down by the woman at the side of the road in the first area. You have to rescue her husband from the turned over car a little way down the banking.

McCall's 9mm

Possibly named after Robert McCall from The Equalizer show from the 80s.

The two handed weapon named "MC" is a hammer for MC Hammer.

to retrieve a woman's necklace, her mission's name is "My Precious..." from lord of the rings' character gollum.
