With all these fake a** survive/reality shows, this stands alone. The interviews, the survival, and everything is perfect. Discovery is almost complete crap now but this just keeps getting better. Really an important an eye opening experience even for the viewers.

I watched this on Netflix, it's really an amazing show. It's disheartening having read all the negativity about other survival shows being fake, and then you have this one which is just pure, and nobody watched it. What the hell?
I just finished watching the series it blew me away.
Only thing I'm not liking is the explanation for who is filming them? Les Stroud filmed himself and showed this fact which was solid evidence of the reality of the show. This looks like they have a film crew with them??

Yeah all these shows have a film crew and medical staff on hand but they can't intervene unless something severe happens. Might not get a second season or a season at all if a cast member dies. Les Stroud and this show are the real deal I think, all the others stage a few of their incidents and some don't even sleep out there.
