The Dude with the Postive Attitude

the 1 dude who keeps yelling out "cmon guys, we r almost there" or "great job u guys!" really annoys me. He should keep his postive attitude to himself. he reminds me of a roomate i once had who would whistle cheerfully early in the morning when i was all hung over and pissed off.
