Why is Jim afraid of his dog?

Has Mr. Wilson bit him or anyone else?

If you saw the episode where they bump into Jim in the pub (The Black Boy - brilliant!), you'll remember Jim had yo carry him home. Maybe Wilson got violent so Jim knocked him out?

reply

His dog was drunk!

reply

he seems scared of his own shadow so a dog would terrify him i would imagine

let's not go to camelot, it is a silly place

I don't think wilson is actually scary. It's just that Jim is totally insane ?

reply

I think it's a random nervous tick or OCD type of thing he has. It's very JIM. hahaha

reply

Because it's funny, that's why.

reply

He was afraid of the cat too last week. I think he's just a nervy, neurotic person.

reply

Who cares!! He(Mark Heap) is just brilliant, very good actor, check out his other work.

reply

haha no that's part of the joke, is that from what we see Wilson is very docile and always has a friendly look on his face, so Jim being scared of him is hilarious. If the dog was mean or vicious it would just be dark, not funny. They kind of showed this in a different way when he was watching the cat, Watson, and was equally scared of it.

More often than not Jim shields his crotch, and we saw how Wilson reacted to grandma's nether regions, so perhaps there was an incident along these lines.

I'm actually curious how Jim lives in what appears to be a pricey neighborhood.

My Chimp DNA seems to have lost its password temporarily. Sluggr-2

Jim's a mysterious character,he speaks Mandarin!

In his past he probably worked for MI5 and has retired quietly to the suburbs, his brain a little scrambled.

It's either that or he inherited the house and some money from his elderly parents who had their only child late in life.

I've probably given this too much thought!

Although there's been rain and it's coming again
Change has to be here obviously
