I don't see why they can't fit her into the story somehow, as the realtor of the original Murder House.

I think I would run over and hug my smelly, crotchety neighbor, if she showed up for an episode or two. Hell, I might even throw an impromptu party!

In a show about minotaurs and addict demons, a realtor from California showing up in North Carolina would be too far a stretch?

Who knows how they could work her into the story, but I would love to see her character again.

She could easily have been the realtor who sold the house to the "15 Years Ago" family, before moving to CA. Anything is possibly through the magic of the flashback sequence. *waves magician hands*

Unless there is more found footage, perhaps a home video of the family touring the house.

The timeline seems all wonky to me. There are clearly devices that are out of place, technologically speaking. I'm throwing ALL logic out the window this season.

Is the interviews are taking place after Hotel, then the reenactment could be before or even at the same time.

That much hasn't been confirmed yet, has it? It always just throws us in it, the only real gauge we have is Matt was able to hook up his phone to the security cameras which can't be too far back from now
