His part in "Gran Torino" shows he can play a role that is markedly different from his actual personality. Showed some acting chops there.
I just think Cory is a generally reserved person who isn't completely comfortable revealing much of himself on TV. Have to remember that Adam in contrast is a news correspondent who is accustomed to being in front of TV cameras.
I do enjoy Cory's droll humor.
Aww I hope things are good between them, Tamera and Adam too. I would be totally sad if either couple broke up! Both sisters seem really fun and cool.

Tamera's wedding was planned long before they got the green-light for the show, and I'm sure there were budget constraints during the first season that wouldn't be so strict the second season. I can't imagine a vow renewal being as extravagant and costly as a first wedding, unless the person couldn't afford the wedding they wanted the first time. I'm sure that wasn't a problem for Tia.

I'd be sore if I were Tamera and style contributed ANY money to tia's vow renewal.
Both ladies auditioned for Melanie on The Game. Tamera got it first but then casting director changed mind and hired Tia. Next Tia got married 1st & had the baby so she got the stories(but tamera sold her wedding,bridal showe, baby shower pics as well) and the book deal , as tia wrote a book about being a 1st time mom.
...maybe style helped with tamera's baby shower costs ?
