Dance in the Dark intro not included

It was great to see this concert again on TV, however I was dissapointed they didn't have the intro at the beginning with Dance in the Dark. I wanted to see the hot visuals on the screen as well as the hot intro with CeCe Peniston - Finally. When I saw this live that part made the whole theatre jump up and down, bass pumping, it was awesome. I doubt it would be on the DVD that will come out as it will the same thing that aired on HBO. Oh well, atleast I have the audio track with that intro.
