This one of the most well rounded action hero films ever.
Its not as epic as Nolan's Dark Knight series... But its arguably more fun to watch.
But should be up there.
I implore more people to rate it higher to boost it.

I rate it 8/10. 1/10 is ridiculous - even Batman & Robin is worth more than that!

I agree I love this one. I may actually like it more than Civil War just for the fact that I'm Team Cap all the way, but it's a tough call.

Yeah that's why I never lose any sleep over ratings. Too many people rate out of spite and nearly as many over-rate out of blind fanboyism.
This is the best MCU film in my opinion and I generally like all the MCU. I could watch Cap taking down the Lumerian Star every day and not get tired of it. Such great action, plenty of comedy spliced in with Widow "multi-tasking", suspense in the Batroc fight etc.
They were aiming for a different bullseye than Nolan was so it's not entirely fair to compare the two films directly.
