That michael Madsen is in this for about 5 minutes or less.

I don't know. The preview makes Madsen appear to be somewhat of a main character.

It clearly says, "Starring Michael Madsen" in large, red font. Who knows?

Too bad , today, corrupt bankers - starting problems - don't get held to such a standard though!

Yeah but alot of the time they use him on the cover just to get people to buy or watch the movie I hope he is the main character.

I'm watching it right now and I think you've underestimated his role in the movie. He has to be in the movie for at least 6 minutes.

On a serious note, you are right about him barely being in the movie. It's a really bad movie and without his name on the cover, I doubt many people would ever see it.

Lol...6 minutes that's pretty darn good. I always try to pick up his movies but some of the new ones are just awful. So I try to wait till someone online reviews it. Sorry its a stinker. The bleeding was pretty bad to. He's still a favorite of mine just sucks he's doing so many bad movies lately.

OH MY GOD!!!!How Mr. Madsen did this film I'll never understand. I guess that I haven't paid enough attention to how many films he's been doing, there's no way any of them can be any good with the number that are coming out lately. I love him when he's in Tarrentino films, which is mostly where I've seen him I guess. This film is embarrassingly bad in all respects. And I love a lot of low budget films. This makes Ed Wood look like Steven Spielburg. If I had made this as a high school film project I'd be too embarrassed to show it to my mom & dad and snotty nosed kid brother! Michael Madsen must REALLY NEED MONEY to do this to his reputation.

Yeah...sucks that he's been doing so many bad movies. Makes me even more irritated when I watch one of his older movies because he's such a great actor wasting his talent on these crap movies.

Guys... Anthony Hopkins is in The Silence of the Lambs for 11 minutes out of 130 minutes... this is good that Madsen is 6 min in the movie... look if his name is on top it's because he receive the biggest paycheck, he could be in this for 2 min, dosen't matter ! I know it sucks, but it's life !

We understand that..but my point was he has done so many bad movies lately I wanted to know how long he was in this one for. I don't wanna sit through another awful movie especially if he only has 5 minutes screen time. Silence of the lambs itself was a good movie..so that's the difference.

hahah i know, i just said that because of the screen time !

But as far as the movie, it's low budget, it's western... so it's 2 things many people theses days don't like ! Madsen is talking to someone else in this movie, giving him advice and he's also at the very end, that's all i can say, i watch it on fast-forward, but i may give a try ! I don't think he is in this for more than 10 min !

No problem...some of these movies he's done lately are really bad. Which is sad for him because he needs the money as far as I know. Hopefully 1 or 2 out of the next 30 are worth watching.

I do miss his B roles in the 90s and some were even bigger... i will watch Executive Target tonight, to remembering him in a cool role !

That's always a good movie to watch. I was just watching tilt. Wish they had done more seasons before it was cancelled.

I did not remember that Executive Target is a load of stunts and explosions... it probably cost a lot !!

Yeah it probably cost a pretty penny. Most of it was filmed in downtown l.a. which doesn't happen much in California anymore.

and with a A-B cast... such as Madsen, Roy Schneider, Angie Everhart and Keith David. I probably saw this at the end of 90s but i did not know them as much as now, even as Madsen... i hate him for a long time, because he truly terrified me in The Getaway (best actor of the movie if you ask me with James Woods). :)

NEver saw this movie and it looks like it's pratically unknown when there's like 10 well known actors, kinda weird, will try to buy the dvd !

Its not a well known movie. I stumbled upon it flipping channels one day. Its a slower paced movie but the actors did a good job. Im also a fan of tom sizemore and chris penn so seeing them together with Madsen was really cool. Michael Madsens sister is in it also. I think amazon has it. That's where I got my dvd from.

Penn and Madsen are awesome together !

But the rest of the cast... James Belushi, Virginia Madsen, Jeremy Davies, Mary Stuart Masterson, Hal Holbrook, Luke Perry, Tom Sizemore and Burt Young... WOW !!!

and songs by Bruce Springsteen, Bob Dylan, Tom Waits, Elvis Costello ??? Are you kidding me !! Plus the score by Marco Beltrami, why it wasn't in theaters everywhere ? Hope it worked on TV and for rentals !!

I don't know why it wasn't in theaters. Hal Holbrook was also great. Its one of those "gems" that you stumble upon...in my opinion anyway. Its a character driven movie. Hopefully if you buy it you'll like it as much as I did. I have 3 favorite scenes from the movie...I don't wanna spoil it 4 u...so i'll wait till u watch it.

Executive Target was an action packed movie. it had many car chases and explosions. One of Madsens few starring roles where he actually plays a good guy in a good movie. Its a shame it didn't get the recognition it deserved.
