Rachel says they can't afford to protect a teenage girl around the clock, who is on a serial killers hit list, "its just not in the budget". Later FOUR officers show up to arrest Janets 16 year old daughter for sexting with her 15 year old boyfriend!??! Seems like they need to reevaluate their budget.

I am deeply impressed with the quality of the writing. Whoever is responsible has created something quite exceptional. Naturalistic, incisive, intelligent and totally credible. Nevermind all the nonsensical arguments on the message boards about the plots and characters' motives. This is skillful and imaginative writing at its naturalistic best.
