I missed this during its theatrical engagement. Does anyone have any info on a DVD?

A DVD has been out for some time in Japan, but as far as I know it doesn't have English subtitles. There's a Region 2 DVD coming out on October 14, 2013 (Blu-Ray also). I haven't seen any word yet on a Region 1 DVD release.

And by "Region 2" in my previous message I meant a Region 2 release with English subtitles. MK2 has for some time had a Region 2 DVD out, but apparently only with French subtitles.
