We know that the wicked stepmother (lady tremaine) and the ugly stepsisters are confirmed to be in the third episode of once upon a time season 6 - the other shoe so is the wicked stepmother and stepsisters are coming from the land of untold stories or are they already in Storybrooke

Judging by the promo for next week's episode, it looks like they have recast Lady Tremaine and Anastasia. The Stepsisters both have dark hair (I haven't seen OUATIW but wasn't Anastasia blonde in that? ) and the actress playing Lady Tremaine looks older than Sarah-Jane Redmond

shareThere is a small bit of wiggle room if you go by the stepmother's scene in Wonderland. She says to Ana "I still have your sisters" - so that could mean she has three daughters and Ana was considered the odd one out as well (assuming the stepmother didn't consider Ella to be a sister since she was just a serving girl).
