I enjoyed it quite a bit...and was surprised less by the "twist" than the rest of the filming, locations shot, etc.
Here's the problem I have with movies that incorporate such a 180...or try to, vis a vis the masterfully done "The Others" or "The Sixth Sense". When a character is presumably alone, and would have no need or expedience to maintaining the charade...but doesn't break it...then it becomes red herring material.
Showing Jack get all squirrely after finding Harry dead in the bathroom (one would later surely know "dead" people have little effect upon his equanimity) doesn't square...and some other obvious scenes as well.
I know it's easy enough to say "One never knows when one is being watched"...or steeping ones self in a persona is "best kept by maintaining it at all times" are just too facile a retort.
But, overall, I liked being led to understand Jack's original declaration..."I just sell insurance".
