Is there supposed to have male frontal nudity?

I think you saw the same version everyone else did, because there was never supposed to be male frontal nudity. I definitely saw female frontal nudity, though, but it was a little quick and you could've easily missed it. It was during the sex scene right after Carla ran after the garbage truck.
