Probably the best movie of this type I have ever seen, however...

Carla was soooo annoying. I know she was trying to wrap her head around her boyfriend's situation, but I don't exactly see what it was exactly that Bruno saw in her. It also seemed that Rai's and Bruno's chemistry was a lot stronger than Carla/Bruno's or Carla/Rai's. (I felt that the gay sex scenes, although brief, were more passionate than the straight ones). I guess all of the characters, with maybe the exception of Rai, had their flaws/annoying traits but this one seemed like a no-brainer. The ending was nice, but I still get the feeling that Rai and Carla only tolerated (or "loved") each other because of Bruno, and Bruno only kept Carla around because he didn't want to be the "bad guy."

I don't know. Carla and Bruno have been together since they were 15; like it or not, there's definitely something that keeps them together. I think it only seemed that Rai's and Bruno's chemistry was "stronger" because that's the chemistry we saw IN the movie (and we barely got a chance to see Carla's and Bruno's relationship because the movie dove right in to Rai's and Bruno's brewing romance)...add to that the fact that it was the first chemistry being developed during the movie at that (with the second one being Carla's and Rai's, obviously).

I think Carla's initial reaction towards Rai's and Bruno's relationship was fair. After all, Carla did point out that Bruno was the jealous type (even Bruno admitted that it "bugs" him when Carla fancies other guys). With that said, obviously Carla was going to bring it up, that it wasn't fair that he's now doing to her the very thing he didn't want her doing to him. Plus, come on, of course it was going to be heavy on Carla. Bruno didn't cheat on her with another girl; he cheated on her with another guy. That's a different type of pill to swallow...something anyone in her position wouldn't expect.

As for Rai being the only one without flaws/annoying traits, I disagree. I liked how the movie ended, and I pretty much liked how these characters seemed so real, the drama was no exaggerated, but let's not kid ourselves...Bruno established very early on that he was with someone, yet Rai still "seduced" him. This was before they fell for each other; what else could it have been other than seduction? Rai barely knew Bruno at the time. If you remember, Maria pointed out that this was Rai's thing -- seduction -- so he's not really that innocent.

I agree that Rai is anything BUT innocent, and he is NOT without flaws.

Regarding Carla reaction to the entire deal at first...I think she handled it quite well, actually. I would hardly say she was being annoying or anything of the sort.

Completely agree with you. If I was in Carla's place, I would be hot hot mess.

Carla was totally "That girl" though whose personal life consumed her! If I were her work friends I would be laughing at her too all the times she broke down in tears in front of them and stormed off or missed work. Keep your work life and home life separate Carla lol!

This movie is terrible.
They were obviously not going to show much about the two leading men engaging with each other as they did with Carla and Bruno. Rather weird in a film like this...
But that's not as important as the weak script and the awful acting skills of EVERYONE.
