It's mostly a psychological thriller, not much of anything else. Very little gore, some violence. But mostly, it's all about the main character being stalked. No sex, no nudity.

There's some vicious beating with a cane,

another beating later with a baseball bat,

someone's face briefly gets urinated on through a hole,

it's implied a character gets buried alive,

an arrow appears to have pierced a character's head (s/he's pretending with a joke arrow)

an arrow pierces a character's head for real from top to bottom (this is the most startling image of the film) and s/he dies,

a character is grabbed and dragged on the floor, later s/he's shown bloody and dead

a character is shot in the back with an arrow, later it's pulled out and s'he cries in pain

a character's fingers are shown shut in a car door

a character is hit by a car and goes flying

a character is impaled on a tree branch with blood coming out of the mouth

I don't recall any nudity or sexual content, and believe there is little swearing.
