Im not really sure how you can take anything positive away from this movie, i just wasted 90 min watching this sad excuse for a movie. It was, how can i put it? Horrible in every possible way. I wont give it the benefit of calling it far-fetched, that would imply that the movie made any kind of sense at all. It didnt. So this paperboy (who looks like hes about 27 years old btw) fixates on this woman for reasons the viewer will never know. Starts harrasing her and killing those she is associated with, again for reasons we will never know. No matter how obvious the fixation with her is, or how obvious and guilty the prime suspect appears, the local police do nothing. Her boyfriend is the county DA, he does nothing except get pissed on, beat up, and burried alive. Nobody in the film wonders or asks the kid why hes doing this, that would lead to motive and there is none. Then at the end, we see the paperboy, after dying, as a....i dont know, doppleganger, triplets, whatever? So were supposed to swallow that theres 3 of him? ok, WHY WAS HE FIXATED ON HER??

Now the nasty, because im pissed i wasted 90 min of my life on this turd. Rose Mcgowan looks like a hollywood wax figure, lay off the botox, seriously. The guy playing her boyfriend is 10x more creepy looking than the 27 year old man playing the paperboy. honestly who the **** cast this movie?! She goes to an animal shelter so the viewer assumes, oh ok a big watchdog for protection right? nope she comes home with an overweight cat!?!? The girlfriend of the DA is being harrassed and attacked, pull some strings bro, get this kid's ass beat already, i mean, he pissed in your eye for gods sake. The DA goes missing, well hes not in this hole we just dug so lets forget it and call off the search. They literally forget about the character, when the movie ends, you still have no clue what happened to him.

I dont dislike Rose McGowan, i loved her in scream and Planet Terror. But just because Red Sonja was scrapped doesnt mean you have to resort to this crap. She is either in desperate need of money, or someone called in a favor, either way, shame on you for having anything to do with this excuse for a movie.

I'm with you. However, I believe the fixation on Rose was her blatant, in your face approach she took when confronting the paperboy. It can be the only logical answer. But of course, being the paperboy is a sociopath, fixating on Rose would be a norm, as there is no norm for sociopaths.

As for wasting 90 minutes of my life, I didn't feel I did. As a movie guy, I watch as many movies as possible, and as time allows. I'm sure one day my movie knowledge will pay off somehow, just don't know how :)

There has been many, many worse movies. Conversely, there have been plenty of B-rated movies better than RL. I think what really bothers me about this movie the most is loose-ends. Followed by the lack of realism. Now I know this is only a movie, however for example the cops are drones and fairly useless. Or another example, where did the paperboy live? I wouldn't necessarily give two shakes as to where the PB lives, but when the writers take us off into that direction, I feel an explanation should have been provided. Lastly, how is the hell could a town this small not know of the triplets? I could go on and on, but I will leave my opinion with this.

The movie was a 4/10, only because the cat did its part really well.
