Halloween remake?

This movie felt like a sort of Halloween remake with a more talkative serial killer.

Who is supernatural. Perhaps.

Who has four twins. Perhaps.

But...who cares?

BTW I don't understand why in the funeral scene there are just two brothers, what about the other two? Went on school holidays?
