Is this the least threatening Villain ever?

The lead villain is not developed to be this scary guy. Hes a ''kid'' that rides a bike and delivers papers. Theres nothing to be scared of imo. He runs around fences big deal. Hes more of a troubled teen then a killer.

Cant believe this was the villain of a ''scary''movie.

Sometimes newspaper boys can throw the paper kind of hard. For instance, I had a neighbor that had her lawn gnome slightly nudged out of place when our deranged Paper boy threw the Sunday Gazette at her house one fateful morning. No one in the neighborhood has ever been quite the same since.
