is it better similar to Rock On?

First of all, let me say that, if this movie has that ridiculous crowd dance I am tired of seeing in every Bollywood movie, don t even respond, as I am not gonna watch it.

I even asked once, is there a law in India that obliges movie makers to present that lame dance?

Anyway, I liked Rock On a lot, will I like it too?

Tks.

U'll totally hate it...this movie has ridiculous non-realistic approaches which makes a viewer uncomfortable who love watching good musical genre movies...yes of course songs are gr8 but picturisation is very poor...ROCK ON has gr8 story and wonderful cinematography which really makes the audience feeling like they are in the live concert but in ROCKSTAR all was very filmi and non-realistic...i hated this movie just because of too many songs....

I KNOW ONLY TWO LANGUAGES:
1ST-ENGLISH
2ND-BAD ENGLISH :D

This is no way near to the class of Rock On. Naming this movie besides Rock On is also a shameful act. Rock On was a sheer class of brilliance in every aspect. Whereas this just the opposite. A sheer class of disaster in every aspect except the music where Mohit Chauhan saves the movie.

I liked it, but its no way near Rock On, but I say give this movie a chance just because of its music and Ranbirs fantastic performance.

They're right... it's not close to Rock On... it is wayyy better than it. Soulful, heart rendering, beautiful, beautiful masterpiece. You'll either love it or hate it. Needless to say I belong to the former, but I can tell you one thing, Rock On, although a decent film on it's own has got nothing on a film like Rockstar. The majority might hail Jab We Met as his best but to me, this is hands down, his most passionate project so far.
