Good music, Beautiful Kashmir, not a bad storyline..but there is a BUT in the movie.

The movie jumps everywhere here and there - it tries to copy a number of Korean movies where one of the starcast always dies.

The actress seems to be having an orgasm every time she cries...

The director/ producer doesn't have the balls to make it a bold movie.

Why was the hero running away from cops in the beginning?? Why the *beep* the canteenwala is given so much importance?

I was waiting for it to finish off in any form the last 30 mins..typical boring movie..stretched too long unnecessarily.

Guys grow up!! Watch the doors or prince if really want to enjoy hardcore rock music based movie. This movie is a "daag" in the name of a true rock fan.

why do people uphOLd THE devil when they know the definition of itself?

Completely agree ! Movie is way too highly rated. The story, direction,acting, almost everything was horrible in Rockstar. Mohit Chauhan was the only good thing that happened to Rockstar. Otherwise a complete disaster by Imtiaz Ali !

i got it that u dont have any sense of viewing a movie like this , it needs concentration :P

when d song nadan parindey comes it connects to the first scene , they werent cops they just wore the uniform as its clearly show they were wearing tshirt n stuff under that and the uniform wasnt wore properly wore [they might b actors or something] and disputes happens because he kicks the table on which those guys were having thr meal and playing card .

i bet you might not be artist thats why u dint get the depth of the movie . u were just lost because of the complicated editing of the movie .

sorry for my bad english but i guess im clear enough to make my point.

fu dude .. it doesnt have to do with the opinion , if he is questioning about something which is already in the movie that means he dint saw the movie properly for eg he asked about the cope thing , he dint even care to ask he just said it its stupid ..
and yeh he might be the "big artist" bigger than d director of this movie saying it to be lame ..

Its his opinion, he could say anything. Why the hell do you care? I could say the movie is chidlish with lame direction (which it was), its my opinion, learn to respect it instead of being an arrogant pain in the behind.

i just made myself clear i never judged any opinion , i just commented on the fact he was unaware of that he missed certain things in the movie and here he is saying its a flaw or its lame . dint u got it yet ?

and its my opinion to that i found his comment lame or uncalled for [absence of concentration] .

False, you judged his ability to understand artisitic details supported by "i bet you might not be artist thats why u dint get the depth of the movie". Also supported by: "i got it that u dont have any sense of viewing a movie like this ". How do you know this information? You don't. Then you further accuse him of being lost because of the complicated editing of the movie. He didn't say he was lost, he was bored because of crappy direction and highly unrealistic scenarios.

said it all that he couldnt understand the movie and his lack of concentration , such a small thing he couldnt find out that they werent the cops that made me laugh and then made me sad that how brutally he accused the movie and the makers .

now i get angry too if i see such things . :P so stop being so protective about him and accept that others can also comment if some one else does in that manner .

A) Don't tell me what to do.
B) Don't contradict yourself, if you're telling me to stop being protective of this dude, aren't you being protective of the directors as well? Hypocrite.
C) Then offer reasoning to his questions if he didn't understand it, don't be an arrogant prick and take shots at the person.

1st apply these points to yourself . dont you tell me how and what to reply/comment .

the query wasnt done in a decent manner at all , he got the reply his way . as a big fan of the movie and the director i still controlled myself considering not to be harsh on public portal .

Its unbelievable you counter logic and facts with nothing, you provide no evidence of your points. Whereas I have always provided support for all my claims as any person with sense does. You should watch movies from other industries more. Once you go get more experienced, then come and argue. I pray for the imbeciles, supposedly our future, God save us.

u again made a baseless comment that i should watch movies from other industries , u dint even took a minute to see my posts [which can give u a hint what movies i see] // or see movies which i rate [if ur a pro member of imdb]
most of them are english , french , chinese n other lang movies n only few are hindi ones [commercial, non. c ]. u can find all types of genr. in my list i see documentaries , history , drama , action n what not .

and for ur info iv the biggest cd library in my city . indore[india] khushboo videos . iv been grown watching all kind of movies .
just because of my language problem [m not tht good in english] doesnt mean u make more sense on this topic .
im no one to say u anything but its my request to please start applying things on urself before asking others to do .

i reply to the point and u just type like you have no other job to do .
