OK, I got in on this movie a little late, and then was only paying attention half of the time, but it says "Shell" made the movie, but Written and Directed is credited to a 'Shana'. Same person?

Hope you get an answer :). I just finished watching it this afternoon, in the same manner (I dozed off a bit). I wondered the same thing after that scene and came here to find out more

Shana’s mother was the smuggler. The youngest daughter in the movie is named Shell. Here is more about the film....
