Should've been on cable

Having watched the original and comparing it to this, the first thing I notice is that the original uses far more obscenity and a lot of the comedy is very adult based. the UK version of the show was raunchy as hell but wonderfully written and was willing to take chances with it's dialogue which in turn was funnier than what we had here. If it had been on Cable then they could've used more explicit language and made the show a lot more adult which may have helped it

I've never seen the UK original, but as I was watching the last couple of episodes of Free Agents, I also thought that its subject matter would have been better served in a more adventurous cable channel series. Too bad. NBC is still clueless as usual, though. Considering their unwillingness to allow intelligent new shows to develop, they'll never have another hit series.
