Is this movie anti-gay and pro-bullying?
The fact that the two biggest bullies are the only ones to survive the film makes it seem that way.

Did I miss something? Chris looked like the biggest bully and he died horribly, Luke messed with Felix and he was portrayed as a coward who got what he deserved, I don't remember Paul being a bully at all, and what started all this mess was the dude's family being anti-gay. He was shown as the victim and Justin who was anti-gay was shown as a murderous insane person who also died horribly.
How the hell do you conclude that it showed bullies or homophobia in a positive way?
