Gillian Anderson's role
How significant is it? How much of a screentime does she have and what's her role in here (is she playing the wife of the male protagonist?).

shareIt honestly looks like it will be another one of her small roles. I don't think it will be as small as in 'Sister' or 'Shadow Dancer', though. But I wouldn't get my hopes up.
She plays the daughter of Michael Caine's character and the sister of Justin Kirk's character.
I'm really looking forward to see her in this role! She's never played that kind of character and the movie seems charming enough.

Get on with your life. If it's meant to happen, it'll happen.
Her role is rather small but she makes the most of it. She is three scenes around the middle of the movie.
shareQuite small role, yes. Strange she is on top of the list of actors here.
Nothing compared to Caine and Poesy who are in the whole film most of the time.
Very strongly acted role though.
She arrives to Paris after her father (Caine's role) tried to kill himself, then quarrels a lot and returns quickly to USA because of a crisis in her own family.
She plays an FBI agent I think. But this time it's personal, as in family emergency personal.
"the day I tried to live, I learned that I was alive"
She came and went, complete waste of her time.
Karen comes across as irritating, demanding, short-tempered, bossy, seductive, interfering, loveless, and physically attractive.
I kept thinking, what is someone from X-Files doing in this movie?
Other than that, she's a charmer.
E pluribus unum
