Camera work and editing...

The camera work in this movie is so annoying... More importantly in my opinion it did not add anything to the movie being shot almost hand-held.
On top of that, the editing was so frenetic at times that instead of the fast pacing and tension they were supposedly going for, you get sequences of epileptic shots that hurt the story-telling ( that I will not go into in this post).
Now all this could have worked if done a certain way and for a different subject but I think it hurt the movie even more.
Just my two cents on these two things.
Anybody else felt the same?

I felt the same way. I think the problem was so much of the source material just wasn't very visual. A lot of the action revolved around words on a screen. So, the filmmakers tried to amp up the visual aspect -- jumpy camera, quick cuts, etc. -- to compensate.

Unfortunately, they overcompensated to the point of distraction.

It gave me a headache, because of the way it was shot and of the massive amount of information given. 

I'm Winston Wolf. I solve problems.

Ratchet up the dramatic tension ? ... Easy! Just spin the camera around in circles.
