This movie was a 2 hour commercial for wikileaks. There was a lot of self-congratulatory praise. The irony of this movie is that we don't really know the truth. The movie shows one side of the story that we can't prove or disprove.

The movie hypes up wikileaks too much for its own good. When was the last time wikileaks was relevant? At least 2 years ago. The movie made it seem like the cable leaks was the news of the century when it really wasn't. It's in the past. No one is talking about it anymore.

I feel like a movie like this could have waited longer for the wikileaks story to finish. We still have yet to see the result of Assange's rape scandal.

This movie is just another hyping up of something that wasn't so incredible to begin with.

Asange himself didn't like the was he was depicted in the film so clearly there are things in the movie that are not 100% supportive of the film. I haven't watched yet but I know that if Julian is not happy with it then certainly he doesn't feel like this film is pro-Assange or pro-Wikilinks.


