cassie and adam's 'destiny'

One of things that annoyed me the most was the whole thing where her dad made all those crows die after they had sex to make them think it was some stupid ass curse (seriously what a *beep* weirdo!)

... and then when Dawn confronted Blackwell about it and said he was "afraid of their destiny" just like he was "afraid of Amelia and Ethan's" ... ( I can't remember exactly) but then he admits to doing the spells and what not.... honestly the fact that the show ended without Cassie or Adam ever knowing they were tricked reallllly grinds my gears.
