Cassie Blake vs Willow Rosenberg (Buffy the Vampire Slayer)

Did this over at the Buffy board and like to get the views from the people here. I like to compare the two witches with one another.

1) Who would win in a battle?

Also for clarification this is Willow without the aid of juicing up on dark magic or outside sources, and definitely does not have anyone helping her. I feel like Willow gets overrated in general and people tend to claim she can do all sorts of things including doing really well in battles on her own without ever actually giving any examples, and many of things she's done (that succeeded) pretty much always required outside sources or help whether that help included someone joining in the spells ala Tara or teammates holding off the baddie for her while she perform the spells in safety. So like to see if this place can be a bit less vague if they think Willow wins.

2) Who did you like better?

I know Willow is a fan favourite in her fandom, but never saw the appeal. I also don't think Alyson Hannigan is a good actor and prefer Britt to her.
