TWO GRAVES (04x23): Why didn't any of the main characters...

... go to jail? They all did something illegal in the episode.

David was given compassionate leave sentence - which meant that he could die at home; he had an incurable disease.

And the others?

reply

Rewatching the show now - remind me of the crimes the others did.

EMILY lied to a judge under oath (when she declared to be guilty of murdering VICTORIA) in order to escape from prison. And JACK and NOLAN assisted her.

There's no actual proof that Jack and Nolan were involved in the escape. As for lying to the judge; I doubt she's the first person to claim to be guilty to get a lesser sentence. Escaping; well she might get time served, she was in prison for a while, for a crime she didn't commit. So, I imagine a deal was struck.

None of these crimes are worse than what Margaux did, hopefully she did confess to her crimes.

The whole episode was beyond ridiculous. It just reminded us (once again) that in the first season, the show had so much promise - which it just never lived up to in the remaining three seasons.

I prefer fantasy over reality TV - like Fox News. - B.Streisand

Hell, Margaux's stupid hair style/hair cut was enough to lock her away and throw away the key.

LMAO. Exactly my thoughts.

Emily alone committed arson, kidnapped not one but two people, committed fraud, etc.

That hexagon-face bitch, she's so passive-aggressive.
