This is a biographical movie. Gertrude Bell was a real person. She was a red-headed white Englishwoman. The casting seems fine. We will have to wait and see if the age ranges portrayed look right.
That makes no sense. Someone with a vitamin D deficiency is likely to be extremely dark-skinned.
