THE AFFAIR BETWEEN OLIVIA AND FITZ IS UNBEARABLE TO WATCH!!

on and off, and on and off, and every *beep* time they get in the same *beep* room they start with their looks and the accidental graze....or whatever. They act like they are both *beep* retarded, running around chasing each other like in those cartoons when A chases B but doesn't catch up, and then B turns around and starts to chase A but never really catches up either, and on and on it goes back and forth. But then again this serie is written written by 14 year old girl with a crush on a high school student, so what can we really expect. I watched 3 seasons but in the beginning of the 4th i just couldn't take it any more, it literally became unbearable to watch, especially if you're binging it and have to see that ridiculous relationship without a week long pause between episodes.

I totally agree. I don't understand how so many people became obsessed with that relationship but they have. It drives me crazy. When I first got into Scandal last year I think, I was binging it on Netflix and I would have to ff through their love/lust/or whatever you call it, their relationship crap.

Most relationships, relationships that span over the course of years, has it's up and downs. I don't understand why so many people are bothered by this very real life scenario lol. It's life lol. Off again on again boyfriend. Very common.

Actually most don't. Yeah, everyone fights and has problems, but we're talking breaking up getting back together and seeing other people in between over and over. Yeah it happens, but it's not something most relationships do.

When my friends get in and out of the same toxic relationships over and over in real life it annoys me, so yeah, it's gonna annoy me on TV too.

BTW- my friends are in their early twenties. Fitz and Liv and too old for that sh!t. It's just dumb now. You're old enough to know what you want. Take it or leave it alone.

I agree, I cringe every time I see them together. It's like they can't save themselves from their disgusting lust for each other, sick if you ask me. Especially since all she wants is the oval and all he wants is her.

And with alot of these shows, I just expect to see a messy relationship dragged out. You just hope if you hate the relationship, there are other things on the show you like.

But I do agree because of Olivia & Fitz's ages, they do look more and more stupid as their storyline has played out, especially Olivia, with all this needing Rowan's love crap and whatever this Jake *beep* is. So they really do need to get on with whatever they plan on doing with them, instead of sticking so hard to Olivia being broken.

If you want to talk about something being unbearable to watch, Olivia being broken has to be one of the most exhausting storylines to watch on TV right now.

Yes. The relationship with her other man, her dad, is just an eye roller. Their on again off again relationship is wierd and unbearable. One minute she has debilitating daddy issues, the other minute she's daddy's girl and all is well. Either stop talking to him or talk to him and pretend that he isn't the devil. Sadly, the only guy she's been consistently involved with on the show is Jake.

Yes, I'm over broken Olivia too and I'm scared that if Mellie loses, Liv is going to break even more. I don't see how she wouldn't with how bad she wants this. I think she wants it more than Mellie.

She's obviously going to take losing hard if it happens, but to get to the next part of Olivia's story, it makes more sense for them to have Mellie lose. Especially when it's not like Mellie & Jake should win.

Exactly. That's why it's better that they lose because we wouldn't know what would be next. That's more interesting than Olivia just predictably being tied down to Mellie & Jake.

I agree, they are the worst bit of Scandal. I actually like most of the other characters but those two are embarrassing. The desperation, the same dialogue every season and the terrible kissing scenes - It is all so daytime soap.
Scandal is an odd show because it can be good, when it focuses on clients and politics it is good, when it focuses on torture, B13 and the drippy love affair plots though it is like a horror movie meets daytime soap just on a massive budget! Everyone goes on and on about Kerry and Tonys chemistry but I don't see it at all, I have had to switch off sometimes because it is that bad.

Agree. What does Whorelivia like about a philandering husband and father? She's supposed to be this tough gladiator but Fitz calls and she goes down on her knees. Not to mention her nervous breakdown every other scene. Fitz is an unbearably pompous and selfish asshole who doesn't care about his wife or kids and treats Melle like crap for no reason. But Whorelivia regards him as husband material. They both disgust me and I have no respect for either one of them.

I don't see any chemistry between them. Nor would I understand how anyone could choose Olivia over Melly.
