How did Frankie know that Cyrus was involved in having Jenifer get beat

I was surprised when Frankie and Jenifer looked at Cy with an angry face and then Frankie started to speak to Cy about what happened to Jenifer.

Maybe Tom said something to her about Cyrus? It would explain why she said Cyrus' name when she called 911.
