Margaret

I'm American, born 1939. Around 1948-52 I had a big crush on Princess
Margaret- got me teased some.

When I saw the actresses I was shocked and disappointed. Bel Powley has a slight facial resemblance to Margaret, but she looked so pudgy and dumpy! As someone said, could they have deglamorized the Margaret character because Elizabeth had the romantic story line? However Powley acted well and was funny.

Generally, I enjoyed the movie. They worked in several little historic notes
that many U.S. voters won't get. I knew a guy who was a young boy in London; one day in 1944 or 45 there was a big commotion in his neighborhood. He joined
the crowd and saw a neighbor showing off a single brown banana. Nobody had seen anything like it (probably hardly any fresh fruit) for six years.

One other thing: I would have thought that in all the flag waving scenes, there would have been at least a few soviet flags.

It won't chip, peel, blister, crack, flake or rust in any way.
