Wow, Way 2 Ruin an Otherwize Grate Film...

So watchin, watchin and just in awe.

dis wuz not like dat dreadful racist film aka Slumdawg Millie, but a much better movie dat showz India in a better lite and in all its wondrous glory

Cinematography alone is worth tix price alone and its quite breath-takin 2 watch

i did not know dis wuz based on classic story but i think it wudve been better if it wuznt bec it became quite a train-wreck durin last 3rd of movie

it wuz almost as if they were tryin 2 force dat watever classic movie in dis otherwize bootiful film. da guy is like u know in karma sutra blah blah blah and then suddenly he is an evil depraved sex addict.

I wont spoil da movie, but da woman does some krazy stuph later in movie as well. And they were so sudden dat it seemed totally out of character.

i do see da cute irony in its theme - her father and bf each condemned her 4 opposite reasonz

however its not enuf 2 have a good theme but bein able 2 achieve it in a entertainin, credible, and clever manner is paramount

it is unfor as dis cudve been a nice, breezy indie film on a lovely relationship wid a stunnin backdrop

Werd 2 ur mudda, bruddafvcka

Don't even get me started on the grammar in your post (lol), or why "slumdawg" millionaire is racist...but otherwise yes I agree with your thoughts. The third act taints what was until then a good movie. The character changes happen too fast, and as a result seem both out of character and unconvincing. The film is redeemed somewhat by it's cinematography, locations and soundtrack.

its racist bec it generalize indianz as poor, connivin, baseless group of ppl - perhapz somewat ok if dir is indian but its a white guy. basically like a white guy makin a joke usin da N werd - a big no-no in standup comedy
