Similar to 50 shades of grey?!

I couldnt help but draw comparisons. An innocent young struggling woman falls for a good looking successful businessman. He uses her sexually and treats her like an object. In the end she leaves him though much more dramatically in this movie.

I know the book is much older but may be just coincidental similarities?
