I have to watch it again, but I think she's had Botox (or some kind of facial freezer) and/or Juviderm (or some kind of facial filler). A vast majority of women in HWood go this route. I think those who have it done fall into one of several categories:
1) Way too much stuff done (or it's done by someone who isn't good at it) and they look freaky for life. (Courtney Cox is one example. There are many "worse" examples)
2) What many +40'ish women do - They have stuff done. At first they look freaky. Then, as the freezer/filler fades, they start to look good. After it fades out, they have wrinkles/lines, so they re-do it. (Nicole Kidman, Sandra Bullock, Aniston, Demi Moore)
3) Those who have just a little touch of something here or there. Some celebs look "good for their age." Maybe they've not had anything done, but I think many of them have. They just do light stuff though.
Most of them do it. You know those who don't (or don't appear to)...Susan Sarandon, etc... But you can't be stick thin and not have your face age. You can't be 45 with no wrinkles. Aging just doesn't work that way. Personally, I prefer natural aging (or what appears to be natural or mostly natural). I think Meryl Streep, Judy Dench, & Helen Mirren look great.
I hate when they pretend celebs like Demi Moore just have great genes. Interviewers are always asking something stupid like, "What's your secret!?" Her secret? Good doctors. Yes, I'm sure she eats well (very few people have fit bodies without eating well. But she also has things done. Let's stop pretending some people are just lucky and be real about this stuff.
