How do these girls stay so skinny?

Their breast size would be genetic. I reckon their thinness is down to feeling pressured to 'look good' for a potential mate. Getting married is the be-all and end-all in their culture. Once you make it to 21, if you're unmarried it doesn't matter, you're a spinster by their standards.
