what's your favorite micro budget super hero movie?

There are some really good ones out there: Defendor & Boy Wonder to name a couple. Not counting fanfilms, what tiny budget superhero/vigilante movie is your favorite?

Mine is almost definitely "Special" with Michael Rapaport. That was just fantastic. So well acted & written.
