20 years old and I loved this!

Very endearing movie. The characters were very adorable and lovable. I thought the leading guy was very adorable, though I thought he was cuter before the makeover.

The girl was believable. Come on people, deny it all you want, but everyone of has known someone in our high school - or it was us - who acted like she did. And she wasn't "spoiled" and she wasn't a "bad person" as we learned later.

I liked how it showed how "real" high school can be. It's a timeless, goofy, adorable little movie. Still...it doesn't compare to Brink and Halloweentown and Quints and The Sixteenth Wish, but still...Disney did well on this one.

why do you have to be under a certain age to like a Disney movie???

do you realize how ridiculous you sound? good is good, no matter your age.

Why?

Because if your over the age of 20, a MALE and still watching disney, your automatically labeled by your mom or dad whoever you live with, or people in general, as a pervert or and a pedophile.

All that said, I am 30 and I thought this was the most belivable film I have ever seen on Disney Channel.

Age doesn't matter here, for we have all been young. Besides, the charm of the movie is all that counts. Great acting too.

21!! Same here. I really liked this music they put up at certain times, it was kinda goofy and reminded me of old-school DCOMs for some reason. It was cute :)

I really liked the music too. All of it fit the visuals and the scenes really well. It's very hard to make a teen score that's not too slapstick or cheesy, but the music sounded sophisticated, yet still sounding right for a teen flick. All in all, a nice score to a fun, uncomplicated movie.
