The one with the vampires. It was so simple but I was surprised by it.

Van Helsing at the river's edge was going to kill the girl with a silver spike aimed at her heart. Kind of gave away the last half of the short story.
To a horror aficionado this set of short stories was just a retelling of themes we have seen many times over. They tried too hard to be atmospheric and that made the endings predictable. There was no coherent reason for the moderator chick to be rotting between episodes. She even got in her trunk just like the crypt keeper got into his coffin on "Tales From The Crypt."
As an apologist turned authority I don't defend my comments because I am always right.
I thought that was the best one as well.
